As Creative Director of Meatopia (UK) Ltd, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Laleh for 10 years. Laleh was there to show us the ropes (and strings of bunting) from the very beginning, and over the last decade, Meatopia and PHD have literally grown up together. One of the great things about Laleh is her ability to both work to a very tight brief, whilst also injecting an element of magic that really should have been in the brief. People in the creative industries use lots of terms like ‘story’ or ‘narrative’ – all of which Laleh and PHD do, but I think more simply they have an ability to make spaces feel like they should. In short, they ‘get it’ and have got it, and that’s why they are an integral part of our show.

Laleh was amazing from start to finish with the organization of my daughters’ 21st and 18th joint birthday party. Despite the challenges of hosting over 120 friends, predominantly young adults, in a less-than-ideal month (cold January), she skillfully secured a perfect venue. Laleh and her team surpassed our expectations by transforming the venue barn into a fantastic DJ dance hall, while also arranging a beautiful sit-down dinner in the venue's greenhouse for our formal black-tie event.
The celebration was flawless, and Laleh along with her team anticipated our every requirement before we even had the chance to contemplate them.
A huge thank you to the amazing team for making my daughters’ (and my) dream come true! A night we will never forget.

When we decided to put on a 50th birthday festival party weekend, finding an event manager we could trust was top of the agenda. We wanted someone who was ‘professional yet relaxed’, ‘organised yet flexible’, ‘friendly and approachable’ yet also ‘straightforward and direct’ (particularly with DJ’s creeping the bassline up!). Laleh and her incredible team at PHD were the clear winners for us!! They ‘over delivered’ in every area across the weekend and, amazingly, we discovered that it is actually possible to relax and enjoy your own party!! We had 70 guests, camping on site, RVs, bars, full production, lighting, catering, soundsystems, DJs turning up at all hours – you name it. The one piece of consistent feedback we got from all our guests was that the production team were ‘off the hook’ good. We agree of course, Laleh and her team were truly ‘cosmic’ and we are ‘over the moon’ that they agreed to bring their ‘celestial minds and bodies’ to Sussex, alight on our little shindig and sprinkle some of their ‘magical stardust’ over us and our guests. Keep the heavenly party fire burning Laleh 😊

I honestly don’t even know where to start! I handed Laleh the challenge of creating a non=generic party for my boy/girl twins (which is no small ask), and she absolutely nailed it. Working with Laleh was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
She didn’t just throw a party- she crafted an experience that felt completely unique to both of my kids. Laleh handled absolutely everything with creativity, care and incredible attention to detail. She was exceptionally professional, always calm and organised and made the entire process feel effortless for me. Even when one of the suppliers had to pull out last minute due to health reasons, Laleh didn’t hesitate - she personally covered any additional costs to keep everything running smoothly. That kind of dedication is rare and truly appreciated.
The result was a unique, magical and beautifully executed party – I am still receiving compliments from guests!
If you are looking for a planner who goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about delivering something special, I cant recommend Laleh highly enough.
