With over 25 years of experience in the live events industry, Fleur brings extensive expertise in producing large-scale international events, festivals, brand experiences and complex live productions.
Her career has taken her across more than 60 countries, delivering ambitious projects for global brands including Heineken, Bacardi, Smirnoff and RockCorps.
Combining creative vision with exceptional operational knowledge, Fleur specialises in taking ambitious ideas from initial concept through to successful delivery, overseeing everything from production planning and technical infrastructure to budgets, suppliers and on-site operations.
Known for her practical, solutions-focused approach, Fleur brings experience, creativity and calm leadership to every project.
