DJ, longtime friend, and guest at our table., Sam Kaffel has played many legendary parties with us over the years, but this time he’s stepping away from the decks and into the fire. His cooking is rooted in live flames and slow smoke, showcasing beautiful cuts of meat balanced with ferments and pickles full of bold flavour.

Shaped by travels through Asia and time spent living on a remote farm in the mountains of Oaxaca, Sam cooks with deep respect for the land and local produce. Fire, flavour, and good music. Somerset feels like the perfect match.
